Conditions
The booking is binding after payment of the earnest money and our confirmation by e-mail or fax.
Delated arrival/anticipated departure:
In case of delated arrival or anticipated departure in deviation of the agreed reservation, the full price of the booked stay will be charged.
Cancellation/storno:
In case of cancellation up to 8 weeks before the beginning of your holiday, we return you the earnest-money less a handing charge of 20 Euro.
From the 8th week, the earnest-money expires in our favour.
In case of cancellation 4 weeks before your arrival 80% - and 2 weeks before your arrival 100% of the entire arranged price of the booked holiday will be charged.
In case of delated arrival or anticipated departure, we calculate the entire reserved time of your stay.
Payment:
The earnest money can be transfered on our bank-account
In our mountain-resort we acept only payments in cash money - please have comprehension if we cannot acept credit cards up
in the mountains.
Children:
Children up to 6 years are welcome in our mountain-resort.
In each room together with the parents can we accomodate two children up to 12 years. Price on request.
Dogs:
Thank you for your understanding if we accept your dog only on previous request. Your pet will be welcome and pays Euro 10,00 each day without dog-food. Please bring your own blanked or basket.
